Our bodies are miraculous healing machines that if tapped into, can provide all of the rejuvenation we need. At any age we can move and breathe our way into a new state of being. With personalized movement sessions you can focus in on what needs attention, what is calling out for balancing, and what will wring tension from the body so new life can emerge. 
Having owned and operated the largest yoga studio in NC for over 7 years, Donia learned from her clients how to open their bodies through movement. She blends her knowledge of yoga,
​massage and her studies of anatomy and dynamic movement, to target the most over-stressed areas of the body; neck and shoulders, low back and hips.
